At Sound of Heaven, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policies below:

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Orders require a lead/production time of 3-10 business days before they are ready to ship.

  • Some products may be on backorder, which can extend processing times. We will always communicate any delays.

  • Once shipped, standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier service.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • We partner with reliable carriers such as [USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.].

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policies below:

Return Eligibility

  • You may return most new items that have not been used or opened within 7 days of delivery for a refund.

  • All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.

  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

  • Opened or tested products may not be returned.

  • In some cases, we can allow a return of opened/tested goods with the 30% restocking fee.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@soundofheaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).

  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:

    • The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days).

    • The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 4 business days).

    • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  • Actual shipping costs and order processing fees cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of return approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Shipping costs will be deducted from total return if we paid for shipping originally. 

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items.

  • If you need a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund as needed.
